Dr Pat Cleary’s ‘Stress less in Endodontics’

Following the success of our Educational Programme for 2011, and as part of our commitment to education and research, the IFPDC is pleased to confirm the further development of our Educational Programme for 2012.

The IFPDC Spring Meeting 2012 took place on Sat 3rd March in the Large Lecture Theater, DDUH. It was an enjoyable and stimulating day with presentations from Dr Peter Briggs, Consultant in Restorative Dentistry, St George’s Hospital, London whose presentation was entitled ‘Avoiding the Quicksand – problem solving in everyday practice’, Dr Pat Cleary on the topic ‘Stress less in Endodontics’, Dr Edward Cotter who spoke on ‘Chrome Dentures – back in fashion’ and Dr Gary Leonard on the topic of minor oral surgery. The presentations stimulated a lively question and answer session with the audience, and an interactive and informative exchange of ideas

The course presenters guide general dental practitioners through each stage of implant care, from the initial diagnosis and treatment planning through to fitting and maintaining 2 restored implants. Providing a detailed evidence-based approach, each participant treats two of their own cases from planning, through placement to fitting the final restoration.
One-to-one tuition throughout the course for live surgery and prosthetic treatment
The course provides both theory and practical hands- on experience.
