Happy New Year 2012
to all our members and colleagues.
Another exciting year, 2011 saw our Education Days expanded to become Team Training Days, where all support staff could attend at no charge, thanks to a generous educational support grant from DeCare Dental Insurance Ireland.
These days included training on Medical Emergencies, Cross Infection Control , Health and Safety and other vital topics.
We also had Irish and International speakers at our Spring and Winter Meetings, also supported by DeCare, and a succesful hands on composite course in June 2011.
For 2012, we shall continue to build on these strong foundations, with our Spring Meeting provisionally scheduled for Saturday 3rd March and our Winter Meeting in November as usual. These 2 meetings are free to members.
We have also exciting plans in development for next year, including an evolution of our Education Days covering core modules,and a comprehensive implant surgery and restoration course.
